A Criminal Conspiracy

In the study of the Second War and in particular the problems posed by the National Socialist German Workers Party and the German people, the question asked “how a civilized nation such as Germany can descend into a coordinated authoritarian terror/police state. The answer is not simple, but I shall try.

But first these are the specific parallels between our current American Democratic Party (ADP) and the Nazi party.

1.        Both faced the same political dilemma, how to transform a constitutional republic into a dictatorship by lawful means.

2.        A party founded on a racial ideology particularly focused on ‘intersectionality’. Just look at any concentration camp prisoner symbols display. That’s intersectionality!

3.        A party with an historical reliance on ‘street fighters’ such as the KKK, BLM and ANTIFA.  The ADP has learned not to put party designations on these fighters. This is a political party that uses street violence to further their ideology.

4.        Murder as a political tool.

5.        A near fully coordinated civil society using the Nazi techniques of Gleichschaltung that incorporates low-grade terror, torture (court rooms to extract confessions) and exile today known as ‘cancel culture’. Exile occurs professionally, then personally then physically in jails or in the grave. (See Hannah Arndt Origins of Totalitarianism.)

6.        The capture and full coordination of the state at all levels. Historians of authoritarian regimes refer to this as the dual state consisting of the ‘normative state’ and the ‘prerogative state.’ The ADP or the Party controls the prerogative state that controls the bureaucracy, the congress, the courts as well as all the funding that circulates from the taxpayer to the ADP organizations. (See DOGE) You must understand this, no one is an independent actor, they are all beholden to the party for their power and paycheck via the ADP's control of Congress.

Analyze the ADP not as pluralistic patriotic American political party but rather as an early 20^th century fascist authoritarian party intent on the overthrow of the Constitutional construct while keeping the appearance of the Constitutional order. Everything they do now make sense.

It is my opinion that the American Democratic Party hates America. Like the Nazis, they are a criminal conspiracy intent on the overthrow of the Constitution.

Now I will present a Constitutional interpretation of the meaning of ‘High Crimes and misdemeanors” that can’t be offered by lawyers. I shall use the tools of textual criticism. This method reveals the three distinct language forms used in the Constitution as delivered to the States by the Constitutional Convention.

The cover letter written by General Washington is political prose. The Constitution itself beginning with Article 1 is legal prose.

The Preamble is political poetry. Its literary purpose is to refer to the transcendent and scared promises the government makes to “We The People”. When a government willfully and purposefully offends these sacred promises, then that government is engaged in High Crimes.

These are the High Crimes against the Union, our Common Defense, our Domestic Tranquility, against Justice and against the General Welfare.

The Constitutional misdemeanors are all the official acts that prove by their intent and results the indictments of these high crimes listed in the Preamble.

I believe this can easily be communicated and understood by most American citizens.

In addition, Crimes Against Humanity would also be proper.  The National Socialists also had an ideological rational for slicing and dicing the sex organs of their children. It was one of the lesser crimes they committed and yet they managed to mutilate about 500 children. The ADP has accomplished the mutilation of tens of thousands of American Children.

Many of those sterilized were younger. Girls as young as twelve were forced to undergo tubal ligation. It is my hope that the American Democratic Party be prosecuted for being every bit as much of a criminal conspiracy as was the National Socialist German Workers Party was.

And like the Nazis the ADP also has blood on its hands, it has more blood on its hands than did the Nazis. About 11 million were murdered in the holocaust against Jews and other persons. The ADP has murdered approximately 50 million unborn American children. After Rowe abortions have only increased to approximately 85,000 per month up from 70-75,000 per month. And we wonder why the US cannot maintain a replacement birthrate.

Its not conservative women who are getting these abortions, its liberal women who promote and receive abortions. It’s their replacement rate that is at risk. When will anyone see the relationship between abortion, open borders and the importation of a replacement population that could breed new voters because of birthright citizenship? The democrats are obstructing the removal of the few hundred thousand or so of the criminal elements protecting the 80% who will be left behind as breeding stock for the replacement aborted population. This is the real replacement theory; not of the person of color for the white person, it’s for a living person for their murdered child who never grows up and have children.

Hey democrat, the joke will be on you because the population your importing are mostly simple people with deep Catholic faith. We will explain to them that the ADP is pure evil on a par with National Socialism and they want you to murder your unborn child if it be your whim.

How could any Catholic ever vote ADP and be true to their faith?

“We believe in the Holy Spirit, God and giver of life”.   Reconcile this please then go convert the faithful to your barbarism.

Mr. President, these are my views. We can destroy this revolutionary political party by simple slogans that reveal their opposition to the Constitution like ‘our common defense’ ‘domestic tranquility,” and ‘promotion of the general welfare’ which is the wealth of the citizen shall not be trampled on by the Government explicitly to nullify Article 6 of the Constitution.

Let’s just use the original words and put the creative writing on a shelf.
